Designed and shipped a branded, always-on voice assistant built into the Swisscom TV Box — natural language control of TV, music, and smart home. First-party device experience, 0 to production.

Led conversation design for Swisscom's main customer service AI — from deterministic chatbot to fully conversational, intent-based automation with multi-turn dialog, channel switching, and deep backend integration.
