Project overview
Internationally unique project of data exchange for the protection of the population. The comprehensive data collection is easily accessible for the heterogeneous target group. The data is visualized on a map, but can also be displayed as a diagram or in tables. GIN supports those responsible for natural hazards in preparing for natural disasters by preparing appropriate data dossiers for all conceivable scenarios. Data dossiers can be shared with other users. In this way, GIN facilitates collaboration in crisis management teams. GIN is highly available and can publish considerable amounts of data in real time.
